| As you can see by the pictures on the left, this property is ideal for development. The previous owner had completely deforested this place for pasture land and the sale of the wood. Environmental impact studies are getting tougher, but this property has not a single tree that needs protection nor is it anywhere near a national park. There are only 3 neighbors and their land is pasture land as well. There is a lot of flat area close to the ocean and rolling hills to the back. Below the photos is an infant stage master plan of subdivisions with houses and private docks that I had presented to ANAM in 2002. The impact study was guarantied to pass. Because this was a multi million dollar project and I could never find the funding it died. |
